The apartment is located in a new, secure complex, easy to find and near a shopping mall with restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy. Nyc has a friendly, proactive approach, all the instructions were accurate.

After you finally figure out where the apartment is, you open the door and greeted with the smell of ammonia so bad that we had to go buy air fresheners.The apartment overall is small but tidy, very much felt like an ikea show room. Fully equipped with what you might need but the top bunk in the maids room cannot be slept on you can feel every piece of metal in the mattress. The generators are very loud and go off at 10 to 5 every morning. The location is convenient next to a city centre the pool is nice, overall not worth the money 4/10
