We spent a night at Sandra's place in Exeter. Super clean room, beautiful decor and a comfortable, good size bed. The view from the room was picturesque. Kitchenette had everything we needed and was stocked with the ingredients to make a delicious breakfast. Bathroom was lovely and clean and came with the added bonus of under floor hearing and heated towel rails, perfect for the colder months. As a host, Sandra was very responsive and answered any questions we had, making the trip a breeze. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The place was perfect, very clean and neat, everything you could need for staying multiple nights. I wouldn’t be concerned about any reviews concerning the train-line being a bit noisy, unless you are an exceptionally light sleeper. For comparison, my wife is a light sleeper, and slept like a rock, so I really think this would only apply to people who are exceptionally light sleepers. Would stay again.

We had a lovely two nights at Sandra's place near Exeter. Spotless accommodation, a super comfy bed and even a bag of Easter eggs on the table. Loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom, everything we needed for breakfast. Trains do pass by occasionally but the double glazing keeps the noise to a minimum. Perfect for a long weekend in the Southern Highlands. We would definitely stay again.
