"Stay Homy Malaga" offers you to enjoy this centrally located and refurbished apartment with pool. Located in a very quiet street in the center, with the main tourist attractions within walking distance. This apartment sleeps 2 plus 2 people in one bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the living room, has a wonderful pool with views on the roof terrace. Equipped with washing machine, air conditioning, heating and high speed Wi-Fi, it has all the necessary amenities to enjoy a perfect stay. Features my guests enjoy: - Wonderful swimming pool on the rooftop of the building - Air conditioning heat / cool in the living room and in the bedroom (both spaces have air conditioning) - An impeccable 80m² apartment with modern and functional equipment. - Ideal location in a quiet street. Other features you should take into account : - An ideal apartment for 2+2 people. - The apartment is located on the 2th floor. There is an elevator. - You will have a set of keys at your disposal. Accommodation : - You will appreciate my home for its modernity, its luminosity and its privileged location, its swimming pool and private parking in the building. To make the most of your stay, you will have all this at your disposal: - A bright room with a double bed.. - A living room with dining table for 4 people, kitchen, with television, storage space and a comfortable sofa. - The kitchen is fully equipped: cooking plate, refrigerator, freezer, cooking plates, microwave, kitchen utensils, etc. - A bathroom: bathtub with shower, sink, storage cabinet, toilet, bidet. - Washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Amenities: - Fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and utensils for a comfortable and pleasant stay: sheets, towels, toilet kit (shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper rolls, hand soap). In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: dishwasher, scourer, multi-purpose cloth and garbage bag.

Świetne miejsce w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Doskonałe jako baza wypadowa, by zwiedzać centrum Malagi, stare miasto, ale nie tylko. Plaża, różne restauracje, sklepy, etc. również były w niedalekiej odległości.
We had a super stay in the apartment. A bit tricky to get in, but communication was very good regarding that. It was very clean (except dust and fluff when pulled out the sofa bed) and well thought out in terms of equipment. Seemed pretty new tbh. The pool on the top floor was small but perfect, with space around to sunbathe. It would be great if they could supply extra towels for the pool area… Bed was super comfy too, and my friend said the sofa bed was comfy too, though we had to ask for extra bedding (which was delivered) as they assume if there are two of you staying that you will share the main bed. Location is great as only 5 min walk to the Old Town and some supermarkets nearby too. Sadly it’s right next to a school so it was very noisy during school hours. I’d go back, though I do think it’s a bit expensive for what it is if I’m really honest.
+ Fin & rymlig lägenhet, bra läge med gångavstånd till sevärdheter. +Bra och snabb respons från värdarna vid frågor/funderingar. - Det var knappt något vattentryck i varken kranar eller dusch. Olidligt för fyra personer med långt hår att kunna ta en fräsch dusch där man får bort all schampoo. Den lilla strålen tog dessutom slut och räckte inte till att alla duschade efter varandra. Man kunde inte spola toaletten samtidigt för då slutade den minimala strålen komma från dusch och vask. Till slut fick vi duscha uppe på takterrassen (vid poolen) för att bli rena, dock i iskallt vatten då. Ena dagen slutade toaletten spola helt, den tömdes på vatten och det stank avlopp i hela lägenheten. Vi fick då fylla hink med vatten och spola på det sättet. Var i kontakt med värden dagligen och han skickade rörmokare någon dag och en annan dag var det fastighetsägaren och inget förbättrades ordentligt. Är övertygad om att värdarna haft kännedom om problemet men inte löser det permanent.
The apartment is more beautiful than described. The pictures does not depict how great, beautiful, and relaxing the apartment is. It is in a great location. Lots of local restaurants, bars and markets to do the shopping for whatever is needed and stays open late in the evening which can be a plus. Very friendly people and safe. The apartment is just a few blocks away from the historic downtown with fantastic little streets with lots of places to eat and shop. Not to mention all the historic sites you can visit. Especially the castle and the cathedral. Can actually spend the entire day walking the area. The apartment is also close to a hop hop off stop where you can buy the tickets and explore the entire city of Malaga. Alberto is a great host, very attentive and super responsive and friendly. Great experience with the apartment and Alberto. Five stars all the way and will definitely recommend it.
Vi hadde et veldig bra opphold. Veldig god beliggenhet. Stille og rolig da leiligheten er vendt mot bakgård. Vi var der tidlig i sesong slik at det ikke var utemøbler på takterrassen, men stoler ble etter forespørsel raskt levert av verten:-). Leide sykler rett ved leiligheta for hele oppholdet. Parkerte på privat plass i parkeringskjeller. Det var superfint, men ekstra kostnad bør komme tydeligere fram i beskrivelsen. Vi hadde flotte dager i Malaga by med omegn.

The apartment is located in the center of Malaga, in a quiet street restricted to traffic. However, cabs can enter right up to the door if necessary. The nearest street where vehicles can circulate freely is only 100 meters (1 minute) away on foot.
The best way to get around the center of Malaga is on foot, as the historic center is restricted to traffic, and everything is so close that alternative transport is not necessary.
The apartment has a private parking in the same building. Please ask for availability.
