Lovely 70 sq mt apartment on the 4th (and last) floor of a beautiful building with doorkeeper, elevator and a peaceful internal courtyard. With its 2 bedrooms, it is perfect for both a couple and a family. In a quiet but central area, served by metro, tram and bus, our AC 2-bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is composed by 2 large, bright and quiet bedrooms: a master bedroom and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave and dining table; the bathroom with a large shower completes the apartment. Our house is fully equipped with everything that you might need: free WiFi, AC in the bedrooms, heating, washer, TV, etc.; AC in the bedrooms. So... what are you waiting for?! ;-)

We loved our stay in Roma and Chiara was an exceptionally attentive and considerate host. Easy check-in and loads of information on good places in the neighborhood & downtown were provided in advance. The appartment is in a traditional old building with a gorgeous internal courtyard. Very clean and well equipped. Metro station was just in front of the entrance, which was a great plus since we were traveling with kids. Metro network doesn’t have an excessive coverage but we managed just fine with it and major tourist locations. Fresh fruit and vegetable market, a big supermarket as well as lots of lovely restaurants can be found close by. We especially loved Pizzeria il Ritrovo just across the entrance of the building.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und befindet sich in einem großen Haus. Der Innenhof ist sehr schön und die Hauseingänge sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ein richtig römisches Wohnviertel. Die Metrostation und Bushaltestelle sind direkt vor der Tür und die Lage sehr gut für alle Unternehmungen. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen Markt mit Obst, Gemüse und Blumen. Auch ist eine Bäckerei gleich daneben und ein kleines Restaurant. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und die Wohnung hatte alles was benötigt wird. Auch die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung ist hervorzuheben ebenso die Ausstattung. Der Kontakt mit Chiara war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben viele Informationen bekommen und der Self Check in war total flexibel und einfach. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
All was good. House is old and beautiful with garden in the yard and cool elevator. Appartment has all what is needed, is clean and cosy.
El apartamento estaba muy bien. Lo único que pillaba un poco lejos para ir andando hasta el centro. Aunque la comunicación con autobús y metro era buena.

San Giovanni is a great neighbourhood of Rome, full of great shops (via Appia Nuova is one of the best shopping street in Rome), markets (via Orvieto for example!), restaurants (you'll find a list in the apartment) and beautiful parks and gardens (Villa Celimontana and the amazing Parco della Caffarella). And if you want a drink, the apartment is at a 10 min walk from the hip and alternative Pigneto neighborhood. Last but not least, the area has some of the best gelaterie in Rome!
The building is in front of Lodi Metro station of the new Line C, 7 mins walk from San Giovanni metro station (line A), and the apartment is the perfect choice for a romantic getaway or for a weekend with family and friends.
