Amazing Villa- the views are spectacular. Great for a group and or families together as all rooms are separate offering privacy. Lots of steps- but that worked for our group. Would recommend!

Excellent séjour chez Lisa pour célébrer mes 30 ans! Merci! Nous étions 19 & tout s'est très bien passé. Je suis ravie de ce passage dans la décennie suivante à Ibiza. J'aurais aimé pouvoir rester plus qu'un week-end dans cette villa de rêve. Le cadre est très agréable & la vue à couper le souffle. Moyennant finances Lisa a accepté de mettre des matelas supplémentaires (confortables à souhait) avec oreillers, draps et serviettes. Elle m'a autorisée à recevoir un colis avant notre arrivée et m'a même autorisée à utiliser son numéro de portable pour se faire livrer par 1 supermarché (malheureusement il fallait un CNI espagnole donc la livraison est tombée à l'eau). C'est une hôte très réactive et attentionnée. La femme de ménage était sympathique et efficace. Un bonheur de l'avoir. Seul point négatif, le voisin à cran, qui nous filme sans autorisation & envoie les vidéos car ns avons mis un peu de musique pendant le bbq sur la terrasse & avons chanté quand mon gâteau est arrivé..

This was my first time in Ibiza, the location and facilities are great for a large group. The spot is isolated and private, with a fantastic view (on top of a steep hill that is not feasible to walk up to), which means you need to drive to get food and groceries, or rely on cabs. Lisa provides all necessary information to get cabs and food delivery, making it extremely easy. I imagine Lisa had situations with clients that made a mess, which results in a lot of rules and fine print (make sure to review the detailed house rules before booking, you need to click “Show more” twice to access them). We weren’t thrilled by the option to pay €100 per early hour of check in - I imagine it takes a lot of time to clean such a big place. Other rules like “no noise is allowed” or “penalty of 10% of your nightly stay if you are 30 min late for checkout” made it harder to relax, which is what we were looking for in our vacaction. If you don’t mind the detailed rules, this is the spot for you!

We had a great stay in the villa for my 40th birthday. The views were amazing and despite being at the top of the hill it is not far to a lot of the main attractions on the island. The villa was very clean. We spent most of the time we were at the villa relaxing on the roof terrace looking down at the bay
