Renovated home located in a safe, quiet neighborhood that is a 5-minute Uber ride or short walk of about a mile to Notre Dame campus. This home is great for families or groups traveling for a visit to Notre Dame, weddings and other local events. The private back yard is ideal for hanging out with other members of your group while you enjoy grilling. The back yard also has a swing set / playground area that's great for any kids in the group. We are also pet friendly! Comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. High speed wireless Internet, 2 large smart TVs. Bedroom #1: Queen bed, 2 bedside lamps with USB ports for charging devices, dresser. Bedroom #2: Queen bed, Bedside lamp with USB ports for charging devices, spacious closet, small dresser. Bedroom #3: Double bed, night table, bedside lamp with USB port for charging devices. All bedrooms include luggage racks for your convenience.

The house is basic, but just fine. Not as well appointed as some places, but comfortable and spacious enough for our needs. We had no complaints, but if you want high end...this maybe is not for you. If you want space for a family, it has everything you need, especially if you want to be near U of Notre Dame. Peter was a very responsive and helpful host.
Peter's place worked out great for our weekend stay in the area. We were close to everything that we needed. The space was clean and the yard was nice too. Thanks again Peter!

Peter was a great host. His house was exactly as promised and it was very clean. He went out of his way to offer help with finding a realtor since I am moving to the area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The house is relaxing and the surrounding area is quiet.

We are also just over a mile walk to the Eddy Street Commons restaurant and dining row. Insider tip: go to nearby Martin's Supermarket to stock up on all the food you need for tailgating or hosting at the home.
Uber and taxi service is readily available and it's also an easy walk to Notre Dame and other local landmarks.

In 2019 I decided to make a career change to focus on fixing up homes near Notre Dame to rent to visitors through AirBnB. I currently have seven houses located within approximately one mile of the University. My goal is to offer an outstanding place for guests to stay when they visit. I truly appreciate the opportunity to offer these homes to guests and strive to do everything I can to ensure guests have an excellent experience. In the past, I stayed at many different AirBnBs in various cities and I try to incorporate all the best things I saw now that I am a host.
