Of course, the house is air-conditioned in every room and we provide hotel-quality linens for our lucky guests! The BDC Apartments Staff is waiting for you in Rome! Viemos em família e gostamos muito desse apartamento. Muito bem localizado, quase ao lado da escadaria de Espanha, fomos a pé até a Fontana de Trevi e vários outros locais. O apartamento estava limpo e organizado, com tudo o que precisávamos. O prédio está em reforma, mas não tivemos problema com barulho. Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos.
İlk önce lokasyon 10 puan alır. Ev rahat ve konforlu, her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışan bir ev sahibi var. Binanın yan komşuları genelde moda dizayn ofisleri o yüzden ses gürültüden uzak. İspanyol merdivenleri 20 metre uzakta. Kesinlikle bir daha kalırız. Aile olarak çok memnun kaldık.
Super comfortable flat, in an incredible location. Really busy outside as it’s is literally next door to the Spanish Steps, but so very quiet and private once you’re inside. Seems like there’s still lots of construction/renovation still happening throughout the building but didn’t hear any or was bothered by any.

A really great place to stay. It is in the heart of Plaza de Spagna yet because it is not on the street is really quiet. The layout works well for two couples or two people who want space. The bedrooms are separated by the sitting room/kitchen and are of a similar standard with comfortable beds, good storage and spacious bathrooms with good showers. Very well positioned for shopping, restaurants, culture - easy to walk everywhere. You are in a tourist area as far as restaurants are concerned but we found Dilla nearby which is a good traditional trattoria. The communication was good throughout.
