This beautifully-appointed flat is architect designed and newly remodeled with unique finishes and top-of-the-line amenities. Conveniently located in the heart of the Marina, sight seeing, shopping, cafes, and many of San Francisco's best restaurants are merely minutes from the front door. ✸ Secure, onsite Parking is available for $35/day. Must be reserved + paid for in advance. ✸ The Marina is one of SF’s most walkable neighborhoods—minutes from the waterfront, Palace of Fine Arts, Presidio, Fort Mason, Golden Gate Bridge, Ghiradelli Square, Fisherman's Wharf, North Beach and dozens of restaurants, unique stores, and art galleries. ✸ My space is a 2-floor apartment. The one-bedroom suite is on the 4th Floor (top floor) and is a private and separate living space. Guests will have exclusive access to, and use of, the suite and all amenities. [Please Note: I reside on the 3rd Floor (the floor below the suite) which is closed during guest's stay.] ✸ The Marina Star Suite has: 1 BEDROOM (approximately 8' x 11') • Queen Bed 1 BATHROOM • Toto Washlet Toilet • Shower / Bath 1 LIVING ROOM / DINING AREA • Gas Fireplace • Kitchenette (no oven) ✸ PARKING Indoor parking on the premises is available for an additional fee of $35/night, which will be billed through the Airbnb Resolution Center and is considered confirmed once full payment is received. The guest parking space can only accommodate a small to mid-sized car.
