Ki was great host. She told you everything that you need and what I did not expect that she said on the day of our arrival, she said we could check in anytime because there was no guest before us. Very simple gesture but it was a great help for us who need a rest after long haul red eye flight! There is small shop nearby where we usually buy our food, which is cheaper and taste beter than the kombini! Surely will recommend this place for all those who want a comfortable stay around Tokyo. Really near sky Tree, on the way from station to the place, we could see it

Ki’s place was just as described and quite close to the station, which made it easy to get around Tokyo,. Especially Asakusa and Oshiage were conveniently close by! All in all a great stay for a family with a separate bedroom for a child. Communication was excellent and near instant!

It was my 9 time in Tokyo and this was probably the apartment I stayed in . I love Japanese traditional style of living, so I choose this house , because it had both rooms with tatami floors . One room had the most comfortable bed with amazing quality bedsheets. I stayed in the other room with no bed but very comfortable futons , which I loved ! The apartment is very clean. Kitchen is a bit small , so we did not cook . The best part of this Airnb is the host ! So attentive, so kind , he always answerd my questions immediately and was very kind to even arrange a pick up of our luggage to be send to the airport on prior to our departure. All in all I had the best experience and it felt like real home away from home. I love Sumida area for its quietness and you get to experience local life . Thank you 🙏

離地鐵站10分左右，地點很容易找到，附近比較清靜，餐廳相對比較少。 入住很簡單，設備算齊全，唯一缺點是沒一次性牙刷。 去淺草，上野很近。 回覆信息也很快。 要注意的是沒有電梯，樓梯比較窄。

The place is exactly what the photos show. Felt at home. Location is about 10mins walk to Yahiro train station, very convenient. There is a nearby park where my 6yo son enjoyed playing. There are nearby supermarkets and convenience stores. The host is very responsive and always attends to what we need like kitchen stuff for cooking. He provides itinerary recommendations as well which are very helpful. The only thing that can be improved is the towel replacement for long staying guests. We needed to wash our towels ourselves and wait for them to dry before we can reuse. But overall, the place is highly recommended.
