We are your home away from home. Spacious and serene space isnt just what we offer - we offer warm hospitality, trying our best to make your stay pleasant. The house is one minute away from Belfast popular Ormeau road bustling with great eatieries and pubs and one minute from the nearest bus stop. The nearest pub is a few minutes walk. Another five minutes and you hit Lagan towpath, an area of exceeding beauty. Queens university is a 25-30 minute walk through a scenic route by the river. The room is spacious, south oriented and offer great lighting with a private bathroom. Access to all amenities in the house with a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliance and a bright and peacefull living room.

Yoan is a friendly person, a great host, and was very welcoming. He provided me with the necessary information for check-in and also recommended places to visit and suggested nearby restaurants. The place is located just 15 minutes by bus from the city centre. It was safe to travel and go around for a single woman in the late evening. The room was extremely clean, quiet and spacious. I had a private bathroom and toilet inside the room. The wifi connectivity was good. He let me use his kitchen and fridge as well. I enjoyed my stay at Yoan’s place. Highly recommend!
Yoan was a super responsive host and was kind enough to let us have an early check in and a late check out. He was friendly and inviting towards us and provided us prompt replies when we needed help. He also has a super adorable cat which was a bonus for us. Location was also convenient with bus stops nearby. Would highly recommend Yoan's place for anyone!!!

from the house, you are 5 min by foot from the towpath. another 5 min and you are hitting Cutterswarth, a pub with terrasse by the river where you can see rowers going up and down the river.
5 min in the other direction and you have the closest bus stop, direct link to city centre. Translink offer regular services.
