Nice spacious, elegant and newly renovated apartment. It has two bedrooms with comfortable beds (two singles and one double) so you can rest up to 3 people, there are bed linen and towels for everyone. The bathroom is new and modern. Fully equipped to enjoy your stay. The building has an elevator and we provide a garage plot in the building across the street. It is located in the neighborhood of Santutxu, its proximity to the Basarrate subway makes it a perfect place to enjoy the city. It is also attractive for its proximity to the highway exit if you intend to move by car.

Great host and nice place to stay
El apartamento se encuentra a 30mts de la parada del metro Basarate, a 2 paradas del casco antiguo. El alojamiento aceptable, no tiene vistas. Hay un poco de polvo en el suelo. El barrio es tranquilo,.cerca de un parque infantil y supermercado. Plaza de parking grande.
