Nice place and lots of potential but some issues to iron out- new to airbnb. Lovely space esp. living/ dining area. Had been cleaned however I found cobwebs& birdpoo on the sheets when I arrived so must’ve been not used some time. Checkin was a nightmare with the staff having no idea who I was and repeatedly asking my name and “are you xx(insert other names)”. They figured it out but then didn’t have a key for the property. I had to ask for one &a guy came with a set of keys for 1 bedroom only, testing each until he found one! I messaged Cathyrine later as people accessed and used the property both when I was out then later in the evening. I received no response but a key was then brought to me. After that some staff were unfriendly. I’d hired a whole place as a single person because it was a festival and there was limited availability. Was given a yummy breakfast 1st morning but 2nd nothing. Kitchen okay but no hob. Location in cute village, 10mins walk to centre. Rate 7/10.
