街區安靜，步行距離內有各類餐廳、街市滿足日常生活所需，交通也很方便。房間寬敞乾淨，設施齊全，除了有點貴其他都不錯。

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment tucked away in quite alley. 3mins walk to metro. Great local street market/restaurants and easy access to rest of city. WiFi suitable for remote work; handful of brief connectivity issues during one month stay. Only minor feedback concerning pilot light for gas stove (lighter available), not a ton of direct sunlight into the apartment, and the living room could use some extra decor (no rug, pictures, etc) to make longer stays more comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking. Excellent communication with apartment manager.

隱藏在鬧市中的靜謐房源，房源位置也很棒，除了房源沒有電梯，搬大行李不方便之外，幾乎沒什麼缺點，Charlie（房東朋友）的回覆也很及時，是一次很棒的入住體驗。 可能唯一的缺點就是樓上住戶會在側邊往下灑水（但不會進到房間）和偶爾出現的大聲響。

The apartment was same as what was described and shown in the pictures. Spacious bedrooms and clean wardrobes. However, kitchen facilities and amenities are limited, no toaster, rice cooker and frying pan are little rusty. The entrance and stairs that led us up to the apartment can be improved. It is old without maintenance and with some broken furniture and equipments pile up. We were given a wrong phone no for checking-in, so we could not reach Stefano’s helper to get the check-in information. However, Stefano is very nice to offer a refund of the impacted nights to us. Overall, it is a clean and neat apartment to stay and close to everything in city and in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. Close to MRT. If the stairs are more clean and organized, it will definitely make the walking up and down more pleasant.
