The space only gives me 1,000 characters to write my review. I could write a book on how amazing our experience was. Words cannot express how much we loved our vacation at Beach Bums in Carriacou. Anne and Matthew were hospitable months before our arrival. All of our questions were answered and their responses were always punctual with the help of their well-written and VERY detail oriented blog. The house is stunning! The pictures do NOT do the house or the views justice. Everything was absolutely perfect. You can tell there was great thought put into every single detail of the home. We loved being around nature and all of the plants. At night, relaxing in the pool or laying on the net and listening to the waves was so relaxing. The appliances provided made cooking and preparing food very easy. There is nothing that this house is lacking. The attention to detail is immaculate. We could go on and on but I encourage you to experience Beach Bums for yourself. Thank you Anne and Matthew.

I absolutely adored my stay at Beach Bums . It was the perfect birthday gift to myself . I was lucky enough to catch the island Maroon Festival and it was the highlight of my trip and Kenroy (Anne and Matthew’s neighbor and taxi driver) . This was my first solo travel experience and I can’t tell you how badly it was worth it . If you’re thinking about it just do it !! The only part that I was nervous about was the walk down to the beach. It would be really helpful if there were markers just to help identify where to go because I did get really nervous and lost at one point . But I figured it out with process of elimination and the map Matthew sent . Kenroy is legit my family now ! I look forward to returning to Carriacou and experiencing the love and culture I was welcomed with during my stay . Thank you again to Anne , Matthew , Kenroy and Lily 🤍 Until we meet again

Our stay at Ann and Matthew's tiny house in Carriacou was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, Ann and Matthew were incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The tiny house itself was spotless and beautifully designed, with every detail carefully thought out. But the real highlight was the spectacular view from the house – waking up to the sight of Sandy Island every morning was truly breathtaking. We couldn't have asked for better hosts or a more perfect getaway. We highly recommend this Tiny House to anyone looking for a peaceful and unforgettable stay in Carriacou. Thank you, Ann and Matthew, for a wonderful experience!

Well designed space. Plunge + outdoor shower is perfect after hot day of walking, beach, or workout. Walk to beach is easy. Nearby bakery and restaurant short drive away. Friendly hosts, clear instructions given for check in and check out. Very communicative as needed. WiFi worked just fine.

Anne and Matthews place is spectacular. The attention to detail, the mood and design of the space makes you feel in your own private paradise. The view is INCREDIBLE. I do recommend renting a scooter, it turned out to be one of our trips highlights and made going in and out of the airbnb quick and easy even though the dirt road is a bit bumpy. Recommend 100% for travelers looking for seclusion, silence, peace and jaw dropping picture perfect natural surroundings and that value good design. As an architect, the place is beautifully simple, aesthetically conscious and has all the amenities you could want. The outdoors shower is a great bonus! And I strongly recommend it to anyone who has never experienced it! Anne is super responsive, helpful, kind and knowledgeable about the island. Going back to the hammock at the end of a long day exploring the island felt as an extra experience by itself.
