When I walked into the space I was surprised, often times (especially in Vancity) the sub-dwellings are afterthoughts and you pay for a nice space that is maybe tactlessly furnished. Jay's place was beautiful, the furniture, the appliances, the bathroom and towels, the cabinets, the bed and linens and the flooring. Everything looks newly remodelled. I really can't specify enough how much effort it feels they put into it. The floors are heated as well, which is a nice feeling when you are sneaking across the house early morning. There was some tiny noise bleed-through from above as this is an active family house. Between the bedroom and living room there is a hallway, on both sides are doors. If you close these doors then the noise is fine. It wasn't bothersome to me. The family was nice, it felt like neighbours and Jay was proactive and considerate in asking if anything was needed and maintaining space when not. Top notch AirBNB. Would stay again!

My week in Jay’s very spacious suite was very comfortable! I came to visit my 1 month old grand- daughter in Port Moody. The 10 minute walk to Islet Station and 5 minute Sky Train ride to Moody Center Station allowed me daily visits without the burden of my daughter having to pick me up each morning. As well, having a fully equipped kitchen meant that I could prepare my own breakfasts and suppers , which also made my visit easier for my daughter. I especially appreciated the cold bottles of water waiting for me in the fridge, the Keurig coffee both regular and decaf, the king size bed and the heated bathroom floor. I will be recommending Jay’s suite to other family members who are planning to visit this new little Port Moody family.

Beautiful space, accommodating and communicative host, and if you love heated floors, you'll really appreciate this space! Awesome stay!
