We loved staying here — the villa was exactly as described/shown in the photos, a cleaner visited every day and nothing was too much for Ricky to organise. The surrounding area was noisy as there is a lot of construction being carried out but this is no reflection on the property.

The villa was perfect for myself and my husband on our first trip to Bali. The location was central to all the beaches and restaurants we wanted to visit in Uluwatu. We arrived late at night and the host Nina was able to organise an airport pick up and the late check in which a great stress relief! Villa was very modern and new yet cozy and stylish and had everything we needed for our stay.

I have to say this is one of the best airbnb i've ever stayed! Ricky and Nien both so easy to communicate with and really helpful for any needs we had. we loved the location, 5-10 mins drive basically can get whatever we need. even thoughgh there's some construction nearby (but as we drive around, seems constrution is everywhere.......)but noise wise was quite acceptable. AC works pretty well ,and pool is really nice and comfortable. definitely worth the money and we enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a last minute book. And communicate was speedy and really smooth for check-in . The location is perfect for us, easy to get around restaurants and beach with Scooter. The vila itself is really clean, the pool is good size comparing to other place we stayed in bali, we had lot of fun just chilling in the pool . Will definitely come stay again next time we in Uluwatu .

My stay at this Airbnb had its ups and downs. The arrival was smooth and welcoming, and the service was consistently great and quick. The place was cleaned every day, which was a fantastic touch. However, the area is currently under heavy development, with construction on all three sides. While the noise wasn't too bad, the sight of ongoing construction was a bit of an eyesore. Another downside was the inconsistent hot water, with it being non-existent in one room. Additionally, it's worth noting that it's not the most child-friendly place and I'd recommend having a scooter to get around easily, and it's important to make sure the place is stocked with basic essentials like soap and rubbish bags. In the future, once all the development is completed, this spot has the potential to be fantastic. For now, though, it feels a tad overpriced compared to similar options. Overall, it's a decent place with great potential!
