Host was very responsive at first prior to booking. When we arrived, host took a while to respond and the contact number on Airbnb was out of service. Took a while to respond via the in-app chat. Data signal in the lobby is spotty. Upon checkout, even if you did your best to leave the place clean (washed plates, organized trash, pillow was on the bed and unfolded blanket since it's supposed to be washed), they will charge you for a cleaning fee. Pro: the place was accessible and walkable from Timog and Kamuning WiFi speed was okay (20-30mbps) You can cook There's hot water Near grocery, convenience store and fastfood Cons: No toiletries provided (basic accommodation amenity) Long checklist prior to checkout Had to go up, back to the mailroom to get the key and up again to open the unit. They initially said it was open Spotty data signal at lobby Moldy restroom ceiling and tile grout

The unit is good for its price. There are few things to improve but we still had a great stay. Thank you

could do more improvements with cleanliness in bathroom and kitchen equipments, as well as hosts being more responsive in messages for inquiries and before checking in. but overall place was very affordable and good enough to rest in when you have outside activities 👍 thanks!
