Yves is the kind of host that Airbnb is lucky to have in its ranks. In all my travels, I have never seen a more passionate, considerate, gracious and organized host than Yves. He is a prompt and responsive communicator, who sends you every detail about your stay before you could even think to ask. He then checks in on you mid-stay too! The apartment is excellently laid out and is filled with thoughtful gifts for the use of the guest - wine, snacks, milk, butter, bread, fruits... Yves' generosity and grace are to be applauded. The kitchen is set up very well, with good quality vessels and utensils, in addition to everything else you would need. The bed is very comfortable and is up a flight of stairs. The bathroom and the shower are perfectly functional. The sofa is great and the climate controls are excellent. I enthusiastically recommend Yves and his apartment! I just wish more hosts on Airbnb are as thoughtful and passionate as Yves.

To begin with, the host, Yves, is an amazing and kind person, who made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entirety of the trip and out stay there! He was so kind he even left treats and a full-stocked breakfast for us to make sure we didnt stress about it! The house is extremelly safe and well organized, as Yves has thought about absolutely everything, from practicallity to safety and aesthetics. The garden is an oasis, especially for our morning coffee, and the location is really close to Tram Line A which takes you from the Airport to the rest of the city easily. Yves was present to all our needs or concerns and even provided maps and specialized suggestions to what we wanted to see/do/visit while there. He was even so kind as to teach me a few French phrases and was patient enough to listen to my broken baby French! Overall 10/10, we will revisit Bordeaux and stay at Yves lovely house again!

Fuimos atendidos extraordinariamente por Yves. Siempre atento y dispuesto. La casa es muy bonita y llena de detalles, que hacen que te sientas muy a gusto. No falta de nada. Nos dejo unas piezas de fruta, leche yogures, cafés, infusiones, mermeladas... etc. Nunca habíamos vivido una experiencia así en un Airbnb. Excelente.

Très bon séjour avec ma fille chez Yves, qui a été très prévenant et aux petits soins ! Le logement est très agréable, propre, et parfaitement équipé. De plus il n'est pas très loin du centre mais tout en étant dans un quartier calme. Je recommande !

Excellent séjour dans ce logement très bien équipé que je recommande. Sympathiques cadeaux de bienvenue à déguster. Yves est très attentionné et aux petits soins pour ses hôtes; il nous a également prêté un garage pour notre voiture.
