Exceptional host and home. If this home is available, you are lucky, don't hesitate a second. The host, Kirill, is very caring and professional. We had a late arrival and Kirill was communicative and check up on us via text after midnight! to make sure we arriaved at his home safely. He replied promptly to any questions that we had. His home was extremely clean, new, beautiful and well supplied. He even has a Playstation with games including "the last of us" which added an extra touch of fun to our stay. You can tell when someone really cares about the quality of your stay. Kirill went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable experience at his home. It felt as if we stayed at a friend's house. If we come back to the area, we hope his home will be available for us to book again. Beware! you will be spoiled after having Kirill as your host. Hi everyone 🤟 Absolutely great stay, one of the most nicest airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Short drive from LAX, easy check in. The house was impeccably clean and tidy. We were impressed how lovely it was decorated and designed, it really felt like a home away from home! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Plenty of amenities: kids were playing the outdoor games while I was watching direcTV, not to mention PS5! Location wise, the place is close to everything we wanted to see and do in LA: Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Movie Studios, Beverly Hills. There’s an awesome coffee shop with a nice little patio right across the street and plenty of dining and entertainment options within walking distance. As a host Kirill was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. From the cozy beds to the charming outdoor area, every detail was thoughtfully curated. 10/10, recommend to anyone!

Kirill was a great host! We booked last minute and he was responsive, kind and accommodating. Instructions were clear and easy for check in. The place was perfect for our group and nice added touches. Great condition and comfortable too. I xtra attention to detail like light up mirror in bathroom, touch lamps by beds with USB plugs, washer and dryer in garage if needed and even a shaving kit and extra toothbrushes. Very thoughtful and appreciated! Recommend to any guest and we will likely be booking again soon as we cheer on my niece on American Idol! Happy to have a place close to the studio and also the beach!
