Enjoy breathtaking views & direct access to the water. ✓ 5 miles to Lakeside Park public launch, beach, Splashpad, Kids Kastle, & nature walk ✓ 10 mile from Alpine Bay Golf Club ✓ 15 miles from Top Trails OHV ✓ 15 miles to Talladega Superspeedway & CMP Range ✓ 30 miles to Barber Motorsports Park & Bass Pro The space Super comfy 1000 square foot cottage with year-round water and spectacular birds-eye view of Logan Martin Lake main channel! - BR #1: queen bed w/new memory foam mattress. - BR #2: Queen bed with Tv - BR #3 (Twin top bunk w/twinbottom bunk) - Quality linens, extra pillows, and fresh duvets on every bed. - Full bath -washer/dryer. - Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, cookware, bakeware, spices, small appliances. - Traditional coffee maker, k-cup maker, electric kettle, and French press on the coffee bar. - Living room has 1 large couch, 50" smart TV with apps, books, games, toys, and binoculars for bird watching. Cable is not provided. - Dining area seats 6. - Elevated back deck has loungers & beautiful view of the water! - Wheelchair accessible front entrance. - Fully accessible waterfront deck with pier - Single-slip floating dock with bumpers and cleats (tie-downs and boat bumpers are NOT included). For Doggos: - plenty of side yards and natural areas for potty. For Tourney Guests: - driveway accommodates 2 full-size trucks and trailered bass boats (we suggest you back your rigs into the driveway) - electrical outlet outside front door to run power to your boat - exterior water spigot and hose at front corner of cottage.

Positives: The view from this property is great - right on the lake. The deck is new and has open views. The trees are mature and provide shade. It is a cute cottage with three bedrooms, one bath, a cute kitchen, new floors. The beds are comfortable. There is a path down to the water’s edge. Room for improvement: The property is pet friendly, so the cleaning needs to be stepped up. There was dog hair all over the couch, the beds, and even on the towels. The floors were noticeably dirty. Also, there was a strong odor from the bathroom sink drain - perhaps the plumbing wasn’t installed properly with a trap. There is only one tiny mirror, and no hooks or towel racks in the bathroom.
We had an awesome time staying here! We had plenty of privacy, which we loved! I can’t stand an Airbnb with cameras everywhere outside and around the property, I didn’t feel spied on! The location was great! We enjoyed the back porch! I think we hung out on the back porch longer than we stayed inside. The beds were soft and comfortable. I will definitely be returning to this particular place. I will be a repeat renter! We had a blast watching the boats go by while we enjoyed our cocktails and laughs! Great place, Great time! Food is right up the street late night too!

We had a great stay at Kelly's place! We were there for a high school fishing tournament, and it had everything we needed. It was close to the boat ramp at Lincoln Landing. I would definitely stay again.
