This open air 1 bedroom is cool, clean and comfortable and is cozy, yet spacious. Has queen size bed, AC, ceiling fans, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils and a private bathroom. Great place to come back to relax in after a long day out exploring Bangkok. BZ27 is an apartment building with 45 studios catering mostly to local Thais and some other international tenants. We keep 7 rooms available for our Airbnb guests. Bz27 is located in the heart of a bustling Chinese-Thai neighborhood and has over 100 small shop house restaurants & street food vendors where the locals come and get their meals. All within in a 10 minute walking radius. St Louis BTS station is a 20 minute walk.

Big spacious room and clean. I had a wonderful stay. Location isn't near anywhere fancy but it's a ride away and has many local eateries. Recommended!

We had a really great time and felt totally comfortable in the apartment. It’s spacious, cozy and spotlessly clean - really nice to escape the heat and the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Franks tips and informations were also very helpful and the communication excellent. There are hardly any tourists in the area and you get a nice feeling of Bangkoks everyday life.

Food is everywhere just outside of BZ27 and over 100 different places to each within a 10 minute walk radius. This is the locals come everyday. You will not find more Authentic Thai food!
My Favorite: Duck noodle shop about a 3 minute walk down the road.
"Sleep"
BZ27 has a total of 45 rooms. 38 rooms are occupied by yearly leases. Students, architects and office workers. We keep 7 rooms for AirBNB. All rooms are renovated and minimalist chic in decor. Cool, comfortable & clean.
"Stay Local"
BZ27's neighborhood is safe. With a small international school a block away, there a kids & parents everywhere. There is a super market down the street, a pharmacy, a 24 hour 7-11 for all your late night needs & yes, a Starbucks about a 10 min walk away.
Our location is in an excellent neighborhood and has easy access to public transportation & taxis. But the only complaints I have gotten about BZ27 is our locations. So...
BE WARNED: Bangkok traffic is congested. If you do not like to explore, are impatient with traffic and expect that our location is right next to all the tourist hot spots, then BZ27 is not for you.
If you are adventurous & like to see, hear and taste what local Thai life is all about, then BZ27 is a perfect fit!!
The closest BTS station is ST Louis (20 min walk).
By taxi: 5 - 10 minutes (about 40 - 50 baht)
By Motorcycle taxi: 5 minutes (30 baht)
By local red truck bus: 15 min (8 baht)
Walking: 30 - 35 minutes (free!!).
Airports:
It takes about 45 min to 1 hour to get to the airports depending on traffic. Taxi's will expect you to pay highway tolls. Should be no more that 600 baht including tolls.
Khao San road:
There is local bus #35 that stops about a 10 min walk away from Khao San rd. The bus stop is located on Chan road about 1 minute walk from BZ27.

Welcome to BZ27 and Bangkok! Our motto at BZ27 is "Eat, sleep & stay local..." "Eat" BZ27 is surrounded by street food vendors & shop house restaurants. Eat out or bring it back to the room. This is how Thai's eat everyday. Authentic as it gets. "Sleep" BZ27 has 39 small apartments in a 5 story walk-up (No elevator). We rent 34 of them out to local students, office workers and others who work in the Sathorn area. We keep 5 rooms for daily rentals. All rooms have been recently renovated and we are vigilant about keeping them as clean as possible. The neighborhood is safe and BZ27's security is very good as well. We have a front gate, second floor accessible by electronic key card for tenants and guest and 16 CCTV cameras. "Stay local" This is the most important aspect for our guests. BZ27 is located in bustling local neighborhood. If do not like to explore and expect easy access to all the tourist destinations, than BZ27 is not for you. Although we are only 2.2km from Surasak BTS station and local transportation & taxis are easy to get, Bangkok traffic is congested. So for all you adventurous folk that I haven't scared off, BZ27 is actually in a great location! Normally I try to meet and greet each guest and help them get settled in, but if you're flying in late or real earlier, I'll probably be sleeping. I do not live at BZ27, so I am around between 9am - 5pm daily. We do however have a key lock box out front to handle 24 hour check ins. Drop me a message if you have any questions. Thanks!
