Roz is a friendly host who always does her best to accommodate. She makes sure someone is available to meet you at the gate and let you in. The post code took us to the next street along but we were quickly met by Hassan, her cousin who had the keys to the flat. There was food in the fridge and cupboards that Roz said we could help ourselves to. On check out Roz was very accommodating with a change in time. The place is right by the river and all you can hear are the ducks and occasional tram, it’s easy to get a good night’s sleep here whilst being not far from the centre. Thanks Roz :)

Roz ist eine sehr liebenswerte Person. Sie war stets für uns erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Ihre Unterkunft ist fantastisch gelegen, direkt am Fluss zu Fuß, nur 15 Minuten bis zum Stadtzentrum. Selbst wenn sie zu Hause war, hat man von ihr nichts mitbekommen, weil sie sehr rücksichtsvoll ist. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiter empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder, vielen Dank Roz

Arriving there, Roz waited for us already, explaining everything and handing us the keys. The flat is really clean and has a cozy, modern style. The view from the living room is really nice and it was easy to get to central Manchester from this airbnb. On the day of the checkout, she adapted to our wishes without any complaints and gave us more time until checkout then was originally planned, which made us enjoy our stay even longer. Communication with Roz was always very fast and easy and she was a lovely host to us, even sharing her Netflix and Disney plus with us. :) Definitely recommended to stay here! You'll have a lovely time.
