Centrally located, 1 min walk to high street. Close to Donington Park Race Track & East Midlands airport. SkyLink bus stop 2 min walk, goes directly to airport. Buses run every 20 mins in the day & every hour at night, taking you directly to the airport, Derby, Loughborough & Leicester. The living room features beautiful wooden beams, a rustic brick fireplace with an electric fire and a fairylight ceiling that creates a romantic ambiance. The bedroom features a comfy kingsize bed, a Victorian inglenook and a charming view of Saint Edward's Church spire. The well-equipped kitchen provides the convenience of preparing your own meals, with the lounge coffee table lifting up to become a handy table for meal times. The cottage has free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and an array of board games and puzzles to keep you entertained during your stay. Situated less than a minute's walk from the high street, our cottage places you in the midst of the community. The main high street offers an array of restaurants, cafes/bistros, charming shops, bars, hairdressers, beauty salons, a spa retreat, and a wine bar, providing a delightful mix of amenities within arm's reach. The cottage was very clean and nice and looked exactly like the pictures and has all the facilities In the description also has loads of food places and shops around within walking distance and the cottage was easy to get to and was easy access would definitely recommend and will definitely be back again Dan was also very responsive and heplful with any questions i needed help with😃

I can't praise this cottage enough! It was warm, cosy, and spotlessly clean. It has all the necessary modern features whilst retaining original charm. The living room is perfect for a romantic night by the electric fireplace, and the smart TV is a bonus! The kitchen was clean and well-equipped. The bedroom is so thoughtfully decorated and the bed so, so comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and though small made great use of space. The village itself was quite lively (we were visiting over a weekend), and the local pubs were a lot of fun. Beth and Dan went out of their way to make this stay comfortable and memorable; I highly recommend a stay here and definitely hope to return!
Perfect little cosy getaway for our anniversary, had a folder with all shops, takeaways and local places to go do which was very helpful, a nice private peaceful little cottage. Loved the personal touch of a message bored wishing us happy anniversary with a complimentary bottle of preseco. Would 100% recommend and considering and staying again .
Excellent location on a quiet street. All restaurants & bars within walking distance. The cottage feels very new & clean, and was very comfortable. Watch your head, as there are some low beams, but on the whole a great place to stay. The Prosecco was a lovely welcome present. Thanx!
