Gather with friends and family around the barbecue or pool table as the sun gracefully sets, revealing breathtaking vistas. Bedrooms: -This villa has 7 spacious bedrooms. Two are conveniently located on the Ground Floor, while the remaining 5 are on the First Floor, each featuring its attached balcony. -All bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, and we can provide extra mattresses upon request. -Ensuring maximum comfort, every bedroom comes with an attached bathroom. -All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for a pleasant stay. Living Room: - The expansive living room offers comfortable seating for up to 20 people. - You'll find a charming tea table that accommodates 6 people. - The living room is adorned with lush greenery and tasteful frames, creating a tropical ambience. - Entertainment is at your fingertips with the available TV. - There is no air conditioner in the living room. Dining Room: - This Villa features a separate dining room with a 12 seater dining table for your convenience. Bathrooms: - The villa boasts 8 bathrooms, one for each bedroom. - Additionally, there's a common bathroom conveniently located between the living room and the dining area. - Basic toiletries are provided. Please bring your own towels. - Each bathroom is equipped with a geyser for hot water Kitchen & Meals: - Guests are kindly advised that outside meals are not permitted. Instead, they have the option to savor delicious, chef-prepared meals at an additional cost. Alternatively, should guests choose not to avail of this option, they can dine at the restaurant. - Should you desire, in-house meals can be arranged by connecting with your dedicated host in advance. - Cutlery and crockery are readily available for your use. Outdoor Area : - Our villa features an outdoor seating arrangement along with lounge chairs. - A private swimming pool measuring 15 x 30 ft. - A swing. Additional Amenities: - A generator is available for use in case of a power failure (additional charges apply). No heating or cooling devices shall operate. - Games room is also available on the first floor which is equipped with a Pool table and a Carrom Board for all age group’s entertainment. - Complimentary WiFi access is provided. - 2.1 woofer music system. - Mosquito repellent can be supplied to guests if needed. - Barbecue facilities are available upon prior request and at an additional cost. Other Important Information: - The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals. - To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. - Please note that the props seen in the images are solely used for staging and photoshoots. Damage Deposit: - A refundable security deposit of INR 15000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests.
