价格和位置非常好，周边有很多美食，交通便利，房屋的基本设施完善，烹饪方便，床很舒服。服务团队回复快速，认真尽责。遗憾的是，这里的无线网络状况非常糟糕。我相信房东已经尽力帮助我解决问题了，但网络速度仍然非常慢，几乎无法支持视频会议。另外浴室的喷头不够完美，无法调整角度。希望房东能留意这些问题，如果网络问题得到彻底解决（希望之后房东可以在房源描述中说明），我会100%推荐这里。

Although the apartment itself was very clean and tidy, the building's lobby was littered with trash and smelled terrible, as did the corridors leading to the apartment. Our primary concern was the lack of locks on the front door—it could be closed and opened, but couldn't be locked from the inside. When we expressed our concerns about feeling unsafe, the hosts were very inconsiderate and refused to assist, repeatedly stating that the booking was non-refundable. Thankfully, Airbnb's customer care resolved the issue smoothly for us, so we didn't have to deal with the host again. In addition to the security issue, the sinks overflowed quickly, the shower didn't work, and the heaters were also not functioning. Overall, I would definitely not recommend this place, especially given the price point.

This rental was unlivable. 1. Entry way had trash, debris, mail and other items on the floor and stairs. Stairs were unusable with luggage. 2. Elevator had graffiti. 3. Common area and hallway on our floor reeked of water damage. Wife held her nose when we came or went. 4. Several times the common area reeked of marijuana. 5. The shower did not work. 6. Hot water was room temperature at best. 7. Ceiling lights were detached from ceiling. 8. Plumbing was exposed in the kitchen. 9. Linoleum flooring in kitchen was warped. 10. Individuals used the entry to loiter and smoke marijuana making the rental less than inviting.

Die Hinweise vom Anbieter waren sehr genau und detailliert. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr schön und ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war sehr freundlich.
