Welcome to my cozy one bedroom apartment in trendy Brunswick East! With a queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen, and secure underground parking. East Brunswick Village is nearby, featuring Bridge Rd Brewery, FOMO cinema, The Rocket Society restaurant, Bellboy Cafe, Coles, and Liquorland. The 96 tram is at your door, and the Merri Creek trail is also only a short walk away, offering a little bit of nature for your stay. Pets are allowed but keep in mind it’s a small space 🐶🐱 Filled with lots of natural light, my first floor corner apartment features one bedroom with a queen size bed, open living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, and a secure parking space. Plug your laptop in to the monitors and keyboard provided if you need to work, or relax on the couch and use the Chromecast to watch your favourite shows and movies on the TV. If the weather is nice, you're welcome to use the picnic blanket and picnic chair, and if it's not so nice there's an umbrella available too.

Catherine’s place was perfect for a wedding close by. Catherine was there to greet us and show us around the apartment. The bed was soooo comfortable, clean and clutter free house. Perfect for our stay.
Catherine was great to deal with. Place was easy to find and she met me on my arrival. She was very flexible for when I could arrive and was very accomodating for our requests. Her place is very comfortable and perfect for a weekend get away. Close to trams and walking distance to many bars, pubs and restaurants. If you’re wanting somewhere to stay, with parking, tram access and very modern and comfortable apartment, then Catherine’s place is perfect!

Catherines place is fantastic, great location, close to shops, cafes etc and really easy to get into the city and other good areas for nights out. We were visiting for work and the apartment had everything we needed, including a work station with monitors which was so handy. Catherine made the stay very easy. All her communication and instructions were great. Thanks Catherine we will definately book again.

The apartment is only 4.5km from the CBD, and the 96 tram will take you there just about from your front door. Nicholson Street and Lygon Street are both filled with restaurants and bars, and the lively Sydney Road is a 20min walk away.
Whilst there is a secure underground parking spot, the tram is the easiest way to get around. The number 22 tram stop at Albert street is just out the front, and the 96 tram goes straight into the city (through Fitzroy and Carlton North) and onwards to St. Kilda beach. You'll need a Myki card. You can buy a physical myki card for $6, or if you have an Android phone, a digital myki called Mobile myki. You can buy your Myki card from Nicholson Street Lotto, opposite the apartment building.
