Very nice place with amazing view. Host was very nice and understandable We encountered some issues with the hot water not running during the stay, but Agnieszka was very responsive and solution oriented Thanks!

Excellent find for a city break, super central if travelling by train. The apartment was clean, had what we needed. When I had question the host was really responsive and helpful. Will stay again when next in town

So glad I found this apartment last minute before I went to book elsewhere. The things that stood out to me was private, gated & free car park. How extremely close it is to everything…we walked everywhere. Even right next door to the exit was an incredible Indian Tamatanga. The place was very clean and tidy and didn’t hear a peep from neighbours. We had slight problems finding the apartment due to our iPhone maps telling us we had arrived in the middle of a road - and the street we actually needed to go down look like pedestrian only. Which it wasn’t, also the gates to car park are hidden down a slope but after communication with host who was extremely quick to respond and help me as I was very distressed (not used to such manic roads) she helped us arrive and everything went smoothly from then on out. Would recommend to anyone staying in Birmingham who want to be surrounded by numerous restaurants and things to do. Walking distance to Bull Ring was great!

Was a really nice apartment, had a great view and everything was in really good condition, however no hot water but she said it was getting sorted and also room information wasn’t that clear eg the door number
