This is a bright, well-maintained, minimalist space that's very convenient to the Paris Metro. Simply put, the views are spectacular. Sunsets give way to the Eiffel Tower's evening light display. The building is very quiet, so much so that I was even hesitant to take calls on my cell phone. The bathroom, too, is minimalist and modern. The dual (alternating) shower heads are the perfect remedy after a long day spent traversing the many streets and stairs of Paris. Restaurants, boulangeries, and a supermarket are all a short walk from the apt. The neighborhood seemed safe and it, too, was quiet. Full disclosure: the sliding glass door lacks window treatments. This might be an issue for some. Some might also be inconvenienced by the lack of a tv and a microwave (I made do without either). Olivier is obviously someone who cares about his living space. Out of respect for this gem of a home and for the host, please do a thorough cleaning before you check out. Au Revoir.

clean with stunning effiel tower view in balcony!!! you no need to see this from tourist area, the fantastic view is right here at your private apartment! Some people may said there are no tv, but for us doesnt need it because the best view is there. There are bluetooth speaker for music too . Olivier is a good host which quick respond with good communication. Location is not the main tourist area but you can take bus or metro for easy access to everywhere. thanks !

We absolutely loved our stay at Olivier’s apartment. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The view over the city of Paris is amazing and a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower was great! (The best we have had in weeks) The apartment is located walking distance from the metro which makes exploring the city and surrounds easy. There are nearby shops and bakery. Olivier was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to explore Paris! Thanks again for a lovely stay!
