This beautiful, newly constructed tiny home is designed to provide you with the perfect (tiny) bohemian studio experience. Located 15 minutes from RDU airport and less than 10 minutes away from Downtown Durham and Duke University. This is a tiny house so while it is small you have a full kitchen, loft bedroom, living area, and a bathroom. In addition we also have an outdoor fire pit. Our space is the perfect place for couples or individuals looking to experience the tiny house lifestyle. Our Tiny Home offers just under 400 square feet with massive 17-foot ceilings that make the space feel very spacious and comfortable. Our newly constructed tiny home offers our guests a clean, calming, and inviting atmosphere to take in all that the Bull City has to offer. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: We have one luxury queen mattress in the loft area of the house. KITCHEN: The space still comes with a very spacious kitchen. You’ll have the basic kitchen necessities to prepare your meals, but please be sure to read our digital guidebook after booking, to see what items are provided. OUTDOOR SPACE: As you walk up you will see that our outdoor area contains two comfortable chairs, a small table, a smokeless fire pit, and string lights. This area is the perfect spot to relax with good company and enjoy the fire under the North Carolina night sky. THE BASICS: There's a powerful mini-split to cool the house during the hottest days, and nice and toasty on the coldest nights.
