Tiny House is new, super clean, and a real find in an area where there is no place to stay unless you have a camper. It was a little tricky to locate at first--recommend arriving during daylight if possible! Georgia sent a link to GPS coordinates which really helped. We appreciate detailed operating instructions when visiting a rental home, mainly to make sure we are good guests: heat/cooling, the TV, what to do with trash when we leave, how to access the pool (and is it heated?), where to shop for food, best places to eat, etc. I only mention this because the listing is new and probably open to suggestions.

overall the place met our expectations, would recommend. PROS: lots of great things about this place. proximity to hwy 86, gas station, food, and Ocotillo Wells. Host was responsive and helpful before, during, & after our stay. Despite being a "tiny house" it had plenty of space and privacy with the two separate bedrooms, bathrooms, and a loft(just a heads up: the loft ladder is pretty steep - our kids loved it tho). Kitchen with functional stove & microwave were really helpful. Nice patio with seating. Covered parking alongside the house. CON: AC was broken. We have small kiddos so comfortable sleep temps are important to us. They apologized and did what they could during our stay to get it working, but unfortunately it was still broken. Pillows were really thin, might want to bring your own if this is a concern for you. Didn't spend a lot of time at the house, just evenings/mornings, as we spent our days over in ocotillo wells.
