Wonderful stay! Right in the middle of everything and such a cool spot!

This is an old, dated building and room. Needs some maintenance! Curb appeal is diminished by the elimination of the flower beds in front. You can see them in some photos but they're gone. It's a walk-up 2nd floor room with old, narrow steps in need of some TLC. Parking is decent especially if you can get the spots on the street in front! Kitchen wasn't very clean... the stove cooktop had a smeared, greasy film on top and dried, cooked on scale on the large burner. (I cleaned it fairly easily with a scrubber sponge). Whoever is cleaning just missed it totally. The shower has algae around the bottom & the bathroom sink is so loose it feels like it might fall off. The bed is comfortable but pushed against the wall so one has to crawl over the other person to get out. We pulled it and slanted it away from the wall for access. The living area is large but the furniture is old and uncomfortable. Wifi is blazing fast! It's very close to downtown but kind of in a sketchy area.

This was a fine place to stay for a couple nights while I was visiting friends in town. Worked from here one day and had no issues. Very close to plenty of things. Don’t love airbnbs with requests to strip the bed, wash the dishes, and take out trash that also charge a cleaning fee, but overall serviceable. Cutely decorated.

Would definitely stay here again! stayed three nights in this cute studio central to downtown. The space had everything I needed, all in logical places. Plenty of coffee was a big plus, hangers for clothes, a hair dryer, a hamper, the usual! As a studio it still had designated zones. It was nice to have a lounging area, a table for eating or working, a separate kitchen (with dishwasher), a separate bathroom, and a comfortable bed. I had to call Halo when I first arrived because I couldn't figure out which building the key went to, but they answered my call quickly, and I was inside the right building in no time at all. I loved the private parking area and that I could see my car from my room. The checkout instructions were simple and very clear. They provided clear communication the whole stay, and I would definitely stay here again!
