The Blue House is steep in history, it felt like we were living in a museum . We enjoyed the two yards which we spent much of our time, coffee in the morning and grilling dinners in the evening. We enjoyed the location, just enough away from Monet’s Pink House ( which was very busy) but close to the bakery and local restaurants. The bakery was really a treat, fresh bread and croissants to enjoy every morning and the staff was very welcoming. Pascal was very friendly and helpful when we arrived.

A beautiful house with two gardens in a superb location on the edge of Giverny. easily walkable to the village but far enough out not to be bothered by tourists. Recommended

We had a very relaxing and restful stay in La Maison Bleue. It was like being a guest in someone’s home and we were honoured to have the place to ourselves and make use of all the facilities. We enjoyed the peace and quiet in the garden and the lovely walk to the village and the gardens, as well as the longer walk along the river to Vernon. It was a very large house just two of us! It would be a good choice for two couples or a family as the wc’s are true french style and separate from the bathrooms. We didnt find the one upstairs for a while !!! The large upstairs bedroom is truly wonderful and there are lovely views from there.

Merci beaucoup! Nous avons passé un week-end en paradis! It was absolute magic. The house was so beautiful we only left to visit the gardens and get groceries. See you again :)
