Check in and responsiveness were very good. Location was good, size and accommodation were as expected, however, furniture, kitchen and bathrooms are outdated and are different to what is shown in the pictures. This all was ok in general, but what really surprised us was the check out time. In 10+ years with Airbnb this is the first time we get a 10am check out without any flexibility. If it was a new guest arriving it would have been ok, but he just wanted to charge between 50-100 USD extra for late check out. This is my first time with this happening in Airbnb and not even hotels have a 10am check out. I recommend him to review this as usually that is not checked at the beginning or flexibility is something appreciated and usual from an Airbnb.
