The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique 2nd floor space. Lots of room to spread out and chill. Easy walking distance to the square in Franklin and all the local shopping and restaurants they have to offer. Our property is close to Bowling Green (about 25 minutes, Nashville (45 minutes), and many other attractions, including Mammoth Cave, the Corvette Museum, and more. Quick access to I-65 (about 5 minutes). Plenty of on site parking.

What an excellent place! My boyfriend and I had a trip to Nashville planned for months, we even had a place booked. The place we had booked canceled on us 12 hours before check in! (We are from Canada) ..... panic was on and I booked Neil's spot last minute and it wasn't an issue at all! lovely space, couldn't have asked for a better rescue! We will be back! 🇨🇦
The Duncan House was a great place to stay…able to walk to restaurants and stores. It was quiet and very comfortable.

As aesthetic as the photos! It is spacious too. A bit noisy at night (road noise), so bring ear plugs.
I was absolutely in love with the upgraded historical home. The esthetics, comfort, and fully loaded apartment created the most home away from home feel. Beautiful combined with fabulous towels, comfy bed ect! Highly recommend!

Our property is within walking distance to the town square in Franklin. There are coffee and donut shops, restaurants, and plenty of shopping. Across the street is a popular antique store.
We have a large parking lot behind the property, and street parking is available if needed.
