A beautiful and conducive studio 10 -12 minutes from Newark Penn Station with access to NYC. 2 blocks from Rutgers University Hospital and 3 blocks from NJIT. Also 1 block from McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Checkers and Domino’s Pizza. In the back of the house is a grocery store and a liquor store preferably. 2 blocks from the Light Rail station and a Bus Stop right in front of the house to downtown Newark and Penn Station.7 minutes from Prudential Center in Newark. The space is a Studio apartment with a kitchen, closet and a bathroom with a standing shower attached on the first floor of the house.

This has been my second time staying at Yomi it’s always a pleasure staying at his location. Yomi is a great host and definitely accommodating

Yomi’s place was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was the noise. You can hear all of the movements throughout the building. Was hard falling asleep. Other than that it was ok.
No complaints small bathroom the shower head faces out to the floor do have to be careful when shower

There’s a bus stop right across from the house and a light rail station two blocks away from the house to downtown Newark and Penn Station which access to NYC.
