Our days in Juan's house "Alcatraz" were incredible! This accommodation was definitely one of the best we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect; the beautiful private beach, the indoor and outdoor showers, the countless cosy seating areas, the multitude of different birds that you can see and hear, the perfectly equipped outdoor kitchen and last but not least the incredible hospitality with which we were welcomed by Lidis and Luis. Despite our extremely limited Spanish, they did everything they could to make our stay unforgettable. We would also like to emphasise Juans responsiveness. He gave us very valuable recommendations and organised our ride (thanks to Said and Samuel). We can highly recommend the accommodation to everyone and would love to come back.

We had a lovely stay at Alcatraz. The beach house was fantastic with private tranquility. Our highlights were Lidis our chef who cooked all our meals and the bioluminescent tour which was a big crowd pleaser. A perfect trip, would recommend.

Even more beautiful than the photos suggest. We really had an amazing and relaxing time as a family with three children under the age of 5. As there were barely any waves and the sea was quite shallow. Two suggestions for anyone visiting: If you're staying longer than a week I suggest you also do some grocery shopping for a few dishes that you like. As the food can get a bit repetitive. Also take into that when you let the genitor/concierge arrange outings he also gets a cut of what your paying what means that you're probably overpaying.

This place is a little paradise. With its private beach, caring staff and beautiful sunsets it is the the ideal place to spend a few quiet days with family and/or friends. Thanks a lot to Lidis and Luis who took good care of us during our stay. We felt at home and will definitely come back if we get the chance.
