Situated on the first floor of a residential property, this apartment features two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The rear bedroom boasts a small terrace offering a magnificent view of the "Tourelle" mountain, while the front bedroom has its own terrace overlooking the coastal road, just a block away from beach access. The living area encompasses a fully equipped American kitchen complete with utensils, kitchen cutlery, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, oven, and gas plates. Flowing seamlessly, the living and dining area opens onto a spacious terrace, merging with the lush vegetation of the front garden at ground level. Relaxing seating arrangements are provided, creating a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast in a refreshing atmosphere or savor dinner while witnessing the stunning sunsets.
