I stayed here for a month. Although the initial instructions weren’t clear while checking in and host stopped responding after sometime, I went back to a hotel and gave it another chance the day after. Rest of the stay was peaceful. The apartment is large for a 1 bedroom setup, has a large screen tv, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer which were very helpful and a large sofa in the living room to lounge. It was well ventilated and was in close proximity to many supermarkets and restaurants. On my day of checkout, I overslept and forgot that I had to checkout. I have been travelling for 3 months and sometimes the dates get jumbled in your memory. When I was reminded to checkout, I was given 20 minutes to clear the house by the cleaner. I only request to be kind to your guests. Lord knows how I managed to get out of bed and pack a month’s worth of unpacking in 20 minutes. That was a little humiliating to be honest, even though it was my mistake.

The apartment was super spacious and clean, and well equipped with everyyou might need. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, close to Pendik Main Street where there are a lot of shops, also close to Marmaray train (2 mins or so with car), the washing machine wasn’t working they came to fix it but was my last day though? Very good overall, I highly recommend.
