This is a spacious and newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment that features modern décor. The apartment is equipped with all modern appliances such as a flat-screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher and more. It is located in the main downtown square and features an amazing view of the Town Squere. The apartment was fully renovated in 2017 so everything is brand new! Modern and chic living shape in beautiful Akureyri. The apartment is 105m2 and has a lot of natural light. The location is perfect because it is right downtown next to the quaint shopping street and tons of great restaurants. Bedrooms: There are 3 bright bedrooms in the apartment. Masterbedroom with double bed, Bedroom number 2 has double beds and the third bedroom has twin beds. Sleeping sofa in the living room. Living room: The living room is an open area and features a sleeping sofa, a flatscreen TV and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and all the main kitchen appliances so you can prepare your own meal and enjoy a cup of coffee. The bathroom has a shower and there is a washing machine in the apartment. There is free Wifi and of course, we provide fresh linen and towels. All in all, this is a fantastic, luxury apartment with a great view of the Town Square.

It is a very beautiful house, I like it very much, the owner is a person who loves life, we had a good time.
A bit noisy at night on the street which we can hear clearly from our bedroom. Other than that all great.

If travelling in a private car, you can ask for a free parking pass at several locations. The tourist information in Hof Concert Hall, the bank, some shops, and gas stations provide the pass to visitors. Follow the instructions on the parking pass because there are some regulations regarding free parking in certain areas.
The free parking time is different according to each area ranging from 15 minutes up to several hours. Parking is free from 16:00-10:00 during weekdays and free 24h on the weekend.

Originally established as a guesthouse in 1984 by the Icelandic theatre director, Óðinn Reykjavík has been serving tourists and local wanderers for over 30 years. The location of the hotel is at the heart of Reykjavik on the one of the oldest street in Reykjavík named Óðinsgata, which is named after the god Odin from the Norse mythology. The street and the neighbourhood of Óðinn Reykjavík belongs to the original downtown Reykjavík, helping to characterize the city and few footsteps away from the bustling downtown centre of Hallgrímskirkja, Laugavegur and the Harbour. Today, the Pálsson family owns and operates the hotel as boutique apartment hotel, with 4 recently renovated apartments. The main objective of the Pálsson family is to create a fun, loving and relaxing ambiance for the guests and assist in any way possible to make their stay in Iceland as good as it gets! Each apartment accommodates minimum 6 persons, up to 10 persons at the most. The hidden gem at the hotel is the penthouse apartment, a 100 sq. Meters, 4-room luxury suite with 2 bathrooms and amazing view over the city, where guests can even spot the Snæfellsnes Glacier when the skies are clear!
