Door lock was a little tricky in the dark. Turn it counterclockwise to enter! Neighbor corrected us with parking. There are no clearly defined “parking places” just grass. Place was beautiful and my husband loved working in the little office. Saw deer, whales and other wildlife. All the linens and furnishings were perfect and aesthetically coordinated which was oddly satisfying. Please note they are inflexible about checkout time so plan accordingly. I was on an international conference call and could not get approved for an extra 30 minutes and was very rushed and flustered. But no cleaning crew was in sight when we left, so not sure why they were so inflexible. Overall a fantastic unit, and beautiful location.

Fantastic view! We saw a seal, eagle, lots of fish jumping and beautiful sunsets. The view from the deck off the master bedroom was my favorite, such a cozy, comfy space. Super comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood (no sketchy neighbors), kitchen is well stocked with more cooking utensils than we needed. Salt, pepper, sugar replacements and brown sugar were available. Both cubes and a bag of ice in the freezer along with chillled cups. Plenty of towels and beach towels were available. There are a lot of steps, but my husband and I are in our 60’s and had no problem. Concrete steps all the way to the beach. Cama beach park is not very far by beach and there is a cafe open on weekends during the summer. The grandkids enjoyed the paddle boards. Life jackets in multiple sizes, beach chairs, and more in the storage building on the beach. There is no dishwasher, but that wasn’t a problem for us. It was just like home….only better.

We really enjoyed our stay here for a family vacation (first week in June)! We came for a working vacation so my husband planned to work mornings each day. This was challenging as the office space he liked from the pictures (with the view) doesn’t have a door and is part of the main living space downstairs where the kitchen also is. He had a lot of interruptions. Something to note if you’re planning to work here. It also wasn’t the most stocked kitchen we’ve experienced compared to other Airbnbs (also, note no dishwasher). Other than that, we loved the space and especially the private beach. It was low tide when we visited so we had lots of fun exploring the beach and finding crabs, starfish, etc. We saw a few seals, an otter, and an eagle. A friendly neighbor told us they saw a whale the morning before we came. We weren’t so lucky to see a whale, but fun to know they’re there! Overall, would recommend!

The house was nice and as advertised, however, the neighbors two doors down were some sketchy guys with wild chickens roaming freely on the streets and the management company was not well organized. The owners are not at fault for either of these issues but they did impact the stay which is why I only gave it four stars.

This house is an absolute gem on a quiet street just a short beach walk away from the best breakfast! It is full special details that made our stay so wonderful! They had everything you need for beach fun, bandaids, a fully stocked kitchen, even umbrellas just in case. The beds are incredibly comfortable with high quality linens and towels. We loved enjoying the sunsets with water and mountain views and the view from the balcony is spectacular! Our family loved our relaxing stay! I highly recommend.
