We love Secret Beach Cabanas! It’s our home away from home! Alexis and Gisselle are the best part of the cabanas. Highly recommend if you are not a resort person and want to experience Belize!

99% perfect… 1% you need to know. The space you rent is spacious and amazing. Immaculately clean, beautiful bathroom. Truly beautiful, with views for days, even better than the pictures. Giselle cooks a lovely morning breakfast which we started each day with. The location on secret beach is amazing. In the morning and evening hours, secret beach empties out and you get the area to yourself, which is magic. It is active and fun during the daytime with a party atmosphere, especially on weekends. Okay the 1 % you need to know is that the fans do very little to make the heat bearable in the upstairs unit. The wall reading was 92 degrees Fahrenheit when we went to sleep, down only to 88 degrees in the morning. Constantly so hot. If you are not heat tolerant, this is not the place for you. Being that Secret Beach is a bit remote, it would be great to have a microwave!

We really enjoyed our stay at Secret Beach Cabanas Blue! Bed was comfy, always a great breeze and plenty of bar/restaurants within walking distance. The best restaurant is on the premises. Beautiful blue water and gorgeous sunsets!

Our stay was amazing! Aimee and Mike were very responsive to any questions we had. The caretakers, Giselle and Alexi, were wonderful! The breakfast Giselle made was always fresh and delicious. The beds were super comfy, the bathroom was immaculate. The kids loved Secret Beach Waterpark, which is within walking distance. It was muggy but breezy most of the time. If there’s no breeze then it gets a little uncomfortable but we just brought our little camping fans so our kids could have a fan just for them all night. They were the only ones that complained about the lack of A/C. We will definitely stay there again.

Fabulous place, fabulous people! I felt so welcome! My favorite parts were hanging in the yard with the excellent complimentary coffee, my book and the sweetest neighborhood dogs I’ve ever met. While Secret Beach is a popular spot for tourists, the area empties out and by night there were so few people there and it felt very special. We loved the on-site restaurant, The Boozy Octo. The food is fabulous and the staff are so friendly. We had a wonderful, memorable stay. Thank you!
