The Side Entrance Door B is for entering to the Suite.This is a fully renovated private unit with Digital lock and self Check-in. The password will be submitted by Airbnb to the guest on the day of the arrival to the unit

Ahmad is a fantastic host with a BEAUTIFUL home chalk-full of amenities. It’s stocked with kitchen goods, great appliances, extra linens and bathroom supplies, and even a washer/dryer that DON’T COST EXTRA to use! It’s by far the best place I’ve ever stayed in through Airbnb, and I’m so grateful to Ahmad for dealing with me kindly even though I was a little out of my element. I asked him if guests were allowed to use Netflix on the TV and he subscribed just so we could do so! He really did go above and beyond.
It is a very nice place, 100% recommended.
Airbnb exactly as described, very well organised and functional layout. Everything was clean and every detail thought of to make your stay easy and enjoyable (complimentary water tea coffee) pans with matching lids etc The host communicates well in advance, makes you feel welcome and makes sure you have the information you need. Will definitely reconsider when we come back to Toronto
Host was responsive, respectful and helpful and the unit was clean and accurately displayed. Would recommend this unit for a trip to Toronto.

The windows of living area has a view to the South , and the Wyvern Road with neighbour buildings are visible. And windows in the kitchen has a view to the North and East , and a view of playing ground in Ruddington Park with the neighbour buildings are visible too.
The playground at Ruddington Park, designed for children, is situated at the rear of the house. Additionally, within a distance of less than 500 meters in the Bayview Cummer area, you'll find a plaza and a gas station.
