Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This quiet neighborhood gives you the break you need, while offering a short drive to a variety of outdoor activities. There are gorgeous views of fields to the South, with a unique rock hill to the North, just on the other side of Steinaker reservoir. We are located about 10 minutes North of downtown Vernal, which puts you right between town and the entrance to all the parks. While this apartment is not newly renovated, I can guarantee an astounding level of cleanliness. We have taken every measure to ensure your comfort. We have little kids, so we have made sure the property will be family friendly for our guests.

Great location, clean and quiet, plenty of towels and other amenities. The only thing that we didn’t like was the kids bunk bed—it squeaked a lot and the noise kept my husband up all night.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are coming to Vernal! Right by the reservoir, less that 30 min from Dinosaur NM. Clean, well stocked, comfortable. We loved that the bunkbeds were both lower so for our little kids. Absolutely loved looking out over the pasture, seeing all the cattle and listening to the birds.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with only six homes. There are no homes behind the entire property.
You will access the property on the right side of the large rock, and pull up to the right of the stairs. You can park two cars, one in front of the other, but if you need parking for more cars reach out and we can give additional instructions.
