Let me just say we paid $2,900 for our stay 4 months in advance. On multiple occasions messaged host to check up on things with the property prior to our arrival date with easy response from host. We drove 12 hours to this cabin with 6 kids only for the host to not respond at check in time, finally 3 hours past check in time and us sitting in cars they cancel our booking and said contact airbnb for resolution. Airbnb was clueless and said it’s doubled booked with their private online website and airbnb. The other family that enjoyed their stay here that weekend I’m sure had a wonderful time. However this was our wedding weekend and we were getting married. Airbnb said our money ($2900) would take 10 business days leaving us with nothing to book somewhere else for the week. Thankfully a wonderful man in Knoxville had an airbnb and offered to host us free of charge (except a $150 clean fee) and we were saved. SHAME ON YOU FOR NOT FIXING THIS. You could’ve put us in another cabin ??? 🤦🏼‍♀️

Great place to stay, driveway was kinda crappy for parking with a large vehicle and the hot tub wasn’t ready when we got there. The pool was a little cold also.

staff is excellent.. you better have 4 wheel drive to get to this cabin in the winter.. even in the rain it's slick.. will be back tho the pool is 85 degrees 😎 🙌
