This welcoming and luminous appartment is located 15 minutes from Paris, 10 minutes from Orly Airport, and 25 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. It is only a 2-minute walk from the banks of the Seine and 5 minutes from a large park suitable for sailing and wakeboarding. The recently renovated 55 m² apartment is fully equipped and is ideal for business trips and families. Situated on the 1st floor without an elevator it is close to all amenities and public transport.

It feels like stay at a 5 star hotel with helpful concierge. Raph helped me to booking doctor for my kid since he was sick. Raph was really fast response and helpful. Place is clean. We love it.
La maison est bien équipée , on manque de rien, et elle est aussi bien située, on a tout à proximité donc on est obligé de mettre un 5 étoile . Si je reviens en région parisienne c’est ici que je reviendrais .
Le logement est comme sur les photos, propre et confortable. L'agencement est très bien pensé et la place de parking est un gros plus. Notre séjour de 11 jours s'est super bien passé, nous y reviendrons et recommandons hautement cette location.
Raph is a extremely friendly host. He was very clear with his communication. So clear that I didn't have any additional questions about the checking-in /-out procedure. When there was an issue he really tried to solve it very quickly. And therefore I would recommend this place!!!! The apartment felt very homey and we had everything that we needed. It was also nice to have a private garagebox to park your car safely.
