Perfectly located, you'll be within a short walking distance to the high street, restaurant, shopping and nightlife scene whilst still being tucked away on a quiet road for a good night’s sleep. Welcome to N.18! A stunning 2 bedroom property with a fully-equipped kitchen. Upon entry, the landing gives you access to a spacious living room for entertainment and comfort on the right. This living room will greet you with characteristic fireplace, this tastefully decorated room is ideal for winding down in the evenings. The comfortable living room sofa extends into a sofa-bed should you require the additional bed. It faces the smart TV which gives you access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, BBC Iplayer and more. The open plan layout connects you with all the spaces of the downstairs so whether you are a group of 2 or 6, you'll have a social yet warm space. The kitchen with modern appliances and equipped with essentials for your convenience is straight ahead and the staircase to the upstairs is on the left. The ready-to-use kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge so that you can make the most of your stay. There is also a washing machine to make use of. With access from the kitchen, the french double doors will welcome you to the spacious private garden, ideal if you enjoy stepping out for the fresh air. Upstairs, the first door on the left is 4-piece suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with both a bath and a separate shower so you'll have the option of both during your stay. Bedrooms: With a window facing garden, the second bedroom is spacious and can easily room the comfy double bed with memory foam mattress, there is storage included in both rooms for clothing etc. The main bedroom, at the front of the property, is large. Boasts another equally comfortable memory foam mattress. The 2 windows and make the room a bright and airy space. The wide radiator means that you can stay warm even during those cold days and nights.

We loved staying at Melissa's place. We booked for one night she was very acomodating changing the booking minimum for us. She was super responsive reolying quick to all our messages. The house was lovely, it felt comfortable and cosy. Had everything we needed and location was great too only couple of minutes walk from main high street and beautiful big park. Great for our family, she was very helpful too letting us return to the house after we forgot something there in the morning. Thank you 10/10 would recommend.
We had a great time in Cheltenham at the Jazz Festival. Melissas place was awesome and we found everything we needed. We comfy and an even an own garden. Fully recommend! Thank you Melissa!
Spacious two bedroom period home in a central location - recommended
Melissa was a great, friendly and very responsive host. The house is lovely and cosy, nice and quiet too - I slept very well! It had everything we needed for our stay (and more). It was easy to locate in a great location and I had no trouble finding a space to park outside the front door. Some may have difficulty parallel parking. Hope to stay again soon, Thank you :)

Cheltenham is a charming town located in the heart of the Cotswolds. The property itself is in the area of Fairview, an area which boasts regency style architecture and townhouses. Conveniently located, close to the boutique and independent shopping buzz of the Fairview area, this property's location is second to none.
Parks: This property neighbours the Cheltenham high street and Sandford Park, a large open park which becomes the place to be during the summer months and forms part of a peaceful walking route in the winter. Within walking distance is Pittville Park, which is home to a beautiful lake and the Pittville Pump rooms, a stunning Regency building which oversees the lake and is a popular destination for tourists.
Cheltenham Racecourse: Host of the Cheltenham festival, the Cheltenham racecourse is only a mile away from the property and is perfectly situated in between the racecourse and the town centre. If you are feeling active or would rather avoid the traffic on race days, it's a 25 minute walk to the racecourse.
Montpellier and the Promenade: This area is known for it's boutique shopping scene, beautiful parks and gardens and a exciting nightlife. Only a 15 minute walk away, you can't pass by Cheltenham without seeing the beautiful Georgian architecture of this area.
The Brewery Quarter: Perfect if you are looking for somewhere to eat out, a cinema + other fun activities including escape rooms, social darts, mini-golf or bowling. Recently renovated, this is another buzzing part of town and a 13 minute walk from the property.
