Great location Small room, and you can hear the voice from the other rooms very clearly. Don’t put high expectations on the cleanness

The location is perfect but the room wasn’t super clean. A lot of humidity and you can feel the ground wasn’t super clean when you are walking in it. Moreover, people in the other apartment wasn’t quiet or calm. We didn’t feel safe during some nights. But Lyvus was responsive and one more time the location is 5*

The location and cleanliness of the studio were very good. The explanation how to find the keys as well: although you find yourself playing a kind of paper chase. Lyvus maybe exists but we had no proofs of his existence and no question I sent was answered- only necessary instructions given. The studio is in fact one of 5 or 6, which were once the rooms of a big apartment. No insulation work was obviously made and you hear the neighbours who enter/leave the common hall or speaking/peeing/snoring in their room behind the wall as well as if they were in yours. Also all the furniture is at minimum standard, with totally anonymous feeling, with no even an effort to give any vibe to the place. The studio being relatively good deal (especially given its location), I think it’s rather for the “not difficult” people who have no sleeping problem at all and can satisfy themselves with a bunch of knots in a pillowcase as a pillow.

Our stay in Prague was even better staying in this flat - the location was excellent and had everything we needed for our stay. Such good value for money too - definitely would recommend to anyone going to Prague!
