Wonderful, kind host and lovely place. Beautiful views! So nice and quite here with no busyness of the surrounding cities and tourist traps. The pool was key on hot summer days. Everything is so well maintained and very clean. Very relaxing. Highly recommend this place and the host (But do bring mosquito spray for when you are outside because the nature is near and so are mosquitos).

We sought a location that would offer proximity to Nice, Monaco, day excursions to places of interest and also provide peaceful relaxation. Anne-Marie & Vincent’s guest apartment worked out very well and we spent a most enjoyable week. The house location near the top of the hillside afforded beautiful views of the landscape, 100 year old olive trees, the sea and Cap d’Antibes in the distance. After a busy day of excursions returning home to the refreshing, deep, crystal clear swimming pool was wonderful! The cosy apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you might need for meal preparation. The hosts are exceptionally welcoming and generous with the amenities provided on arrival, really lovely people. The only “heads up” we would mention is the drive to reach the home is along a narrow, winding road that can be quite busy with residential traffic at certain times of the day. A small car is recommended! A Carrefour grocery is about 8 minutes away in the town of Saint Andre de la Roche. Nice Old Town about 20 minutes drive. Merci Beaucoup Anne-Marie & Vincent for a lovely and memorable experience!

We stayed with Annemarie and Vincent after a cancellation with other accommodation plans and they were very welcoming after our last minute booking. Our stay was very pleasant and the place has some lovely views. A car is a must for the hills; both apple and google maps will take you to number 9 at a fork in the road, at this point take the right and the entrance is the silver gate in front.
