Perfect getaway, Entire home located in quiet court walking distance to beach. Dual living zones makes it perfect for families. Huge covered rear Deck with BBQ overlooking the backyard and play area. Hot / Cold outdoor shower perfect after a day at the beach. 10 min drive to both Penguin parade & GP Track. Located at the end of a very quiet court, you will feel at home as you soon as you walk in the door of this contemporary beach house. Well appointed, spacious, with all the modern comforts you would want in a modern beach house. The whole family will enjoy relaxing in the comforts that this property has to offer. Dual zone which allows kids to be upstairs while others can relax downstairs. The space A spacious lounge room at the front of the home is perfect for relaxing and watching the flat screen SMART TV. The light filled hub of the home is at the rear offering a wonderful modern kitchen and huge dining area, spilling out onto the enormous undercover deck with large outdoor dining table. The backyard is huge with plenty of space for all kinds of activities including a wonderful swing set/cubby and slide for the little ones. Conveniently located, close to Red Rocks beach and only minutes from Cowes town centre. Modern kitchen with modern equipment, large fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, pantry, breakfast bench with five stools. Coffee pod machine (uses Vittoria Coffee pods) Double large lock up garage with rear access. Spacious laundry with washing machine and clothes rack. Outdoor shower: Hot and cold outdoor shower with direct access through side gate perfect for those returning from beach with adjacent tap to rinse off Surfboards and wetsuits. FREE WI-FI ---- LINEN: * Full linen is provided including bath towels. * Hand towels and face washers are provided for all bathrooms. * Doonas, blankets and pillows are provided. * Linen for porta-cots is not supplied. * Tea Towels are provided. Note: Beach Towels are not provided. ---- The house bedding configuration is as follows: Master Bedroom : Queen bed 2nd Bedroom : Queen bed Upstairs: 3rd Bedroom : Trilogy Bunk: Double bed base & single bed top. 4th Bedroom : Trilogy Bunk: Double bed base & single bed top. ---- High chair & porta cot are available for your use at no extra cost. ---- PETS: Pets are allowed but must be mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are to be left strictly outside only, if the cleaner finds evidence that pets have been inside (hair), there will be an extra cleaning charge. (please ignore this if you have not organised to bring your dog). * Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin. * If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept. ----- GUEST GUIDELINES, CODE OF CONDUCT & INFORMATION STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents) PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly, the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond. Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbors. EPA enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am. At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behavior, yelling, screaming and or arguing. Excess vehicles are not permitted, general ratio is one car per every two people maximum. Boats, jet ski's, caravans may be permitted but must be mentioned at the time of confirmation. Please - STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE. ----- We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay. Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am.

We had a fantastic three night stay with our kids and fur babies. Very close to the Main Street, and the house was very accommodating and made the stay very easy.

We enjoyed 3 beautiful sunny Easter days on the Island at Michael's place. It was perfect for a family with 3 teenagers plus grandparents. The house is in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac, it is very well equipped, is light and bright, and has ample living and dining spaces - both inside and out. We all loved hanging out on the large deck watching the birdlife, especially one friendly kookaburra who happily sat on the grass and trees for a while. The house is situated in the perfect position for both a 5 min drive into Cowes for dining or shopping, and for quick access to the multitude of activities and tourist attractions available across the island. It was a very easy drive to see the penguins at dusk. Highly recommend Michael's place if you are planning a stay on Phillip Island.
