Mary grew up in the Atlanta area and after raising four children in Florida she returned to Roswell and found this gem of a 1940’s cottage on a whim and restored it in 2010. This was her first Airbnb toe dip… and she was hooked. She loves edible gardening, edible cookie art, creating holiday decor and yoga. Mary especially loves making people feel comfortable and at home. Mary wants her guests at the cottage to relax and feel the peace of the property. It’s been known to be a magical place. They say fairy’s live in the yard and gardens. The cottage is a place to relax and connect with family and friends. As is all of Mary’s properties. She added another Airbnb property next door , a historic Roswell mid century modern retreat, to honor Mary’s parents “Ginny and Red”. They love to gather family and friends and this retreat offers you a great getaway with a full size Brunswick pool table , giant scrabble and a pacman game. Flash back to many happy Memories of Marys from the 1980’s. Red was an avid gardener and Ginnys needlework in on display in this brand new garden level apartment that is right next door to Mary’s cottage. So if you need to book both for larger parties, there is a gate that would lead you to walk between the two properties. The historic Roswell walkable family home property that is the main home next door to the cottage and the upstairs part of the mid century retreat that is the garden level apartment is also available to book. Have a larger party……Look into booking all three.. for holiday or celebrations. All three Roswell properties could host up 16 ppl with 6 bathrooms and 6 bedrooms , 10 beds/airmatress/sleeper sofa. Mary’s 4th property in the heart of Louisville KY …Irish Hills-Highlands neighborhood…another 1940’s renovation…..walkable to much that Louisville has to offer!!
